These EZetil freezer packs are made from one piece. Thanks to the special process, the ice packs are welded 100% seal-free, making them leak-proof! Perfectly suited to secure the cooling chain from purchasing to transport to storage in the freezer at home. The plastic of these ice packs is suitable for contact with food. The freezer packs can be reused as often as you like.

Attention! These cold packs must be deep-frozen at at least -22°C (there is no change in the aggregate state beforehand; this means that the ice pack does not freeze / does not become hard ).

Details on how these 270 ml freezer packs work:

The phase change/aggregate change takes place in this freezer battery at approx. -18°C. During this change, the battery needs a particularly large amount of energy (heat) to melt, which it gets from the environment (e.g. inside a polystyrene box or cool box) - the so-called heat absorption. In other words: The temperature range around -18°C is the temperature range that this freezer battery can maintain for the longest time because that is where it extracts the most heat energy from its surroundings (melting point).
