Ice pack 54 x 220 g from Mobicool

These Mobicool ice packs are made from one piece. Thanks to the special process, the batteries are welded 100% seal-free, making them leak-proof! With these cooling packs you can achieve cooling performance of up to 12 hours. Before using, simply freeze the ice packs in the freezer for a few hours.

Details on how the 220 g ice packs work:

The phase change/aggregate change takes place at approx. 0°Ck. During this change, the cold pack needs a particularly large amount of energy (heat) to melt, which it gets from the environment (e.g. inside a cool bag or cool box) - the so-called heat absorption. In other words: The temperature range around 0°C is the temperature range that this cold pack can maintain for the longest time because that is where it extracts the most heat energy from its surroundings (melting point).
