1. Shipping conditions

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and France.

Free local pickup in 86399 Bobingen is also possible. If you choose "collection" in the ordering process, we will inform you by email as soon as your order can be picked up (usually on the same day!).

1.1 Deliveries within Germany (including German islands):

The shipping costs for ice packs, cooling pads, individual Styrofoam boxes (except for designated pallet goods!) and other items are determined and calculated based on the shipping weight as follows:

Up to 30kg: €5.99*
Up to 60kg: €11.98*
Up to 90kg: €17.97*
etc.

Due to the enormous volume, Styrofoam boxes cardboard boxes ("whole box") are calculated based on the number of boxes ordered, as the weight cannot be used here:

1 box: €5.99*
2 boxes: €11.98*
3 boxes: €17.97*
etc.

The scales are based on a package price of €5.99*.

The maximum shipping costs for parcel shipping goods are capped at €65.00* per order.

Note: Depending on the total weight of your order, we also ship on disposable or Euro pallets. If you have any objections or special requests regarding shipping on pallets, please leave us a note in the "Customer Comment" field (last step of the ordering process). For parcel goods sent within Germany, we also offer the “DHL requested delivery” option via DHL. Here you can specify a preferred delivery day for a fee of €1.99*. You can also choose a preferred storage location - this service is free of charge. Please note that our stated delivery time does not apply if you have chosen a preferred delivery day. In this case, DHL delivers on the day you selected.

For Styrofoam boxes that are offered as a "whole pallet" and therefore carry the shipping note/suffix “forwarding company”, the following applies, deviating from the above:

1 pallet: €45.00*
2 pallets: €90.00*
3 pallets: €135.00*

These scales are based on a pallet price of €45.00*

The maximum shipping costs for pallet goods are capped at €405.00* per order.

The scales are based on a package price of €19.99*.

The maximum shipping costs for parcel shipping goods are capped at €200.00* per order.

Note: Depending on the total weight of your order, we also ship on disposable or Euro pallet(s). If you have any objections or special requests regarding shipping on pallets, please leave us a note in the "Customer Comment" field within your order (last step of the ordering process). In principle, fees, customs duties, taxes, etc. may arise when importing into Switzerland or Liechtenstein, which must be paid by the customer.

2. Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within Germany (Germany) within 2 - 4 working days. Deviating from this, 2 - 5 working days apply for pallet goods. For deliveries abroad, the parcel and pallet goods are delivered within 3 - 6 working days after the contract is concluded.

If advance payment has been agreed, the period begins after the time of your payment instruction.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.

3. Payment Terms

Depending on the country to which the delivery is to be made and whether you are ordering from us as a private customer or a business customer, we offer you the following payment methods:
